I'm a pilot and received my private license when I was eighteen, my multi-engine rating when I was twenty and just this past February received my Instrument Rating. Flying is a passion of mine and have been fortunate to share this lineage with my grandfather and father who are/were both pilots as well.

Cheffing is a hobby of mine, and I have the most fun when I'm cooking for large groups of friends and family.

During the pandemic lockdown, we hosted to pizza events to raise money for front-line workers. It was an amazing time and even though it was hard work to produce so many pizzas in one night, our friends, family and community came together to help us raise more than $1000.00.
